The initial project plan timeline is analyzed to identify all significant obstacles to timely completion. The preliminary budget is carefully studied with the aim of keeping costs within or below budget once construction begins. Based on the Project's nature, an experienced management and engineering team is then selected and dedicated for the duration of the project.
Artenova understands that we are in the construction business and not necessarily our clients. As the pre-construction and construction activities unfold, regular and concise meetings are held to maintain coordination between all parties. Artenova is committed to delivering performance beyond what is normally expected and this can only be accomplished through courteous and professional relationships with everyone involved. It is Artenova's intent to keep the Owner and Project Manager informed of all important matters immediately if they may have on impact on the budget or project completion date.
